Bell #3 Updates

Bell 3 Drilling Movie
Bell 3 Flow Test Movie
14 April 2007 – We have successfully drilled and completed the Bell #3 Natural Gas Well in Winters, CA!!
To bring you up to date, the Bell #3 flow tested at 1129 Mcf per day through a 12/64 th inch choke. The tubing pressure was 1380 psi and the casing pressure was 1480 psi at a stable flow rate for two hours. The shut in pressure was 1500 psi on the tubing and 1540 on the casing. We moved ahead with the production equipment, pipeline and the rest of the completion program. The completion work is moving ahead more swiftly than we had anticipated.
Earlier this week we mailed out two photos to you; one of the drilling rig and one of the completion rig with our Bell #3 update letter. In addition, you may view these pictures along with two short 15-second digital movie clips of the drilling and the flow test (Click on the links above).
13 February 2007 - We have received the grading permit from Solano County. This means we will be able to start building the drill pad aro0und the center hole location of the Bell #3 well. We will also have to demolish and remove an old dwelling, but we have to wait for the county to grant and issue the permits to do this. Luckily, the weather has been drier as compared to this time last year. The forecasts call for spurts of rain so we want to get the drilling pad built as soon as possible.
I just received the contract from Ensign United States Drilling (“Ensign”) for the use of their Ensign Rig 503. It seems like it will be Spring 2007, possibly April, before we get all the permits and are ready to drill the Bell #3.
