Management Team

Mr. Michael Anaradian is the President on Northwest Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Anaradian co-founded the corporation in 1987. He is experienced as a Securities Broker, working for E.F. Hutton in the early 1980s. Michael also worked as a drilling consultant and supervisor for Red Bird Petroleum, a Texas-based corporation. He went on to become one-third owner of Glenco Drilling Company of Kentucky, acting as the field manager for exploration and completion programs including the drilling and/or completion and production of 50+ wells. In 1986, Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of Petrodyne Ltd.

Some of Michael's current duties and responsibilities include the development of oil and natural gas prospects, with particular emphasis on Northern California natural gas. He works closely with the geologists and geophysicists in the geological and seismic evaluation of new prospects. Michael continues his duties designing and executing the drilling, completion and production programs of the wells, coordination of project activities with governmental authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, permitting, and bonding. Michael is the liaison with industry partners and program capitalization.

Mr. Tom Fassio is the Geological and Geophysical Consultant for Northwest Petroleum, Inc. since 1988. Tom generates and reviews both wildcat and explitation type oil/gas projects. He uses fully integrated geological and geophysical subsurface interpretations as well as provides quality control on seismic acquisition and data processing. Tom has a successful and proven track record in the Sacramento and San Joaquin basins. Tom's current clients include Petsec Energy, Inc., Samedan Oil Corporation, Hunt Oil, ABA Energy Corporation, Cenex, Inc., Aspen Exploration, Inc., and Tri-Valley Oil & Gas Company. Tom went to work for Tenneco Oil Exploration & Production Company upon graduation from college in 1984. Tom attended the University of Utah , graduating with a BS in Geology/Structural in 1982 and a MS in Geology/Structural Geop. Strat. In 1984.

Tom is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, the National and Pacific Coast Section of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the National and Pacific Section of the Registered Professional Geologists, and the Utah Geological Association (Life Member) - WY #PG-1638
